Mission
Vashishtha was co-founded in 2010 by Ravi Dhareshivkar and Mustak Odiya. The major mission of Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd. is to preserve and promote the tradition of embellished textiles while serving as a reliable partner for all of our clients. Customer service and an adaptable design sensibility is paramount to us. We feel it is key to implement transparency throughout our development process, and we strive to streamline the design process and provide competitive pricing at all times.
Considering the future need for sustainability, Vashishtha makes this objective a priority, striving to build a comprehensive swatch archive using sustainable materials to offer our clients, over time. Vashishtha has already initiated the essential steps towards achieving it with the help of their in-house well-trained team of experts in sustainability.

Infrastructure
Spread across a total 4000+ sq./ft area of sampling and production department and with the capacity of producing more than 2000 garments and accessories per month, Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd. ensures on-floor discipline in order to provide superior quality work as a result of its well-organized internal structure. The guiding principles of Vashishtha are excellence and integrity.
The management is constantly vigilant and focused on the overall infrastructure to ensure a smooth procedure and better creation. Vashishtha has 100+ skilled artisans in-house and a team of qualified experts who work seamlessly to incorporate sampling into its productions.
While Vashishtha’s entire development effort is always geared toward maintaining international standards, the efficiency of Vashishtha’ s overall infrastructure is all about taking care of finishing for each sample and producing a diverse range of garments and accessories. The team ensures that clients are up to date on the status of their orders at all stages of development. To secure quality, each final development is meticulously inspected by an in-house, proficient quality control team.
Vashishtha's In-house Setup Of Computerized Sequins Embroidery Machine
Vashishtha has an in-house 2-head computerized embroidery machine equipped with 8 tracks of sequins, 12 thread needles & a cording device that can enable us to create sequins work using up to 8 different sequins colors. Here the sequins sizes that we can use are 3, 4, 5, 6,7 & 9 mm. For thread work, it can use up to 12 colors of threads and can also, create embroideries using Sequins & Threads together. There is also installed a cording device on the machine for the cord work embroideries. With this machine, We can do sequins & threadwork in yardages and engineered to pattern pieces.

Vashishtha is also into the creation of various fashion accessories, crochet, and macrame. In addition to these, we also have unique techniques of molding, soldering, jewelry crafting, and accessory making to the best of our proficiency.
