Mr. Ravindra Dhareshivkar, Promoter, and Managing Director, defines and advances the company's sampling and technical strategies. With a background in the tailoring community, Vashishtha Luxury Fashions MD Ravi has been passionate about establishing a presence in the fashion and embellishment industry. As a development expert and adaptable problem solver, Mr. Ravindra, known for his focus and goal-oriented approach, accumulated extensive industry experience. Alongside Mr. Mustak Odiya, he began the company with a team of just two and has now grown it to a thriving team of over 60 people at Vashishtha.

Our Promoter & Director, Mr. Mustak Odiya being unique in his preference and having a different approach towards life, was always passionate about being in the fashion garment industry. Upon completing his graduation in Fashion Design and subsequently gaining a rigorous experience in the same, he got into the partnership business with Mr. Ravindra in the year 2010. Mr. Mustak’s uniqueness majorly lies in creativity and managing financials. His extraordinary talent in handling the finances has made Vashishtha retain the remarkable turnover and growth throughout the years.

Today, through an inventive skills and talents in unique and versatile development skills, Mrs. Archana Odiya has proven to be a successful entrepreneur.
